The Patient Safety Learning Hub provides practical learning resources that make safer care achievable at all levels. The Hub hosts modular training, downloadable toolkits, short guides, and case-based learning tailored for frontline health workers, community volunteers, and caregivers. Content emphasises respectful, low-cost practices, safeguarding, incident documentation, and patient engagement techniques. The Hub also curates learning forums and peer exchanges so teams can adapt proven approaches for local contexts and measure small, rapid improvements in safety and experience of care.
