About this program
Many patients and caregivers cannot fully protect their rights or participate effectively in care if they do not understand what safe, respectful, and quality healthcare should look like. We translate technical health and rights information into simple, accessible messages through community dialogues, radio and social media campaigns, school and youth engagement, patient rights materials, and patient safety champions, so that patients become more informed, confident, and able to participate actively in decisions affecting their health.
