About this program
Community awareness alone is not enough; health institutions and policy actors also need systems that listen, respond, and protect patients from avoidable harm. We engage government institutions, health facilities, regulators, professional bodies, and civil society to promote stronger patient protection, better complaint and feedback mechanisms, respectful care standards, and the inclusion of patient voices in health-sector planning and review processes.
